Purchasing questions

What organizers usually ask.

The signed-in billing page manages the subscription after checkout.
Does the free month require a card?
No. An eligible account can start one 30-day Suite trial without adding a payment method.
What happens when the free month ends?
Add a payment method to continue on the monthly or yearly plan. Without one, the trial subscription ends after 30 days.
Can I move Suite to another organization?
Yes. The subscription owner can move Stripe-backed Suite access to another organization they own. Events, team, payouts, and media stay with their original organizations.
How do I manage or cancel the subscription?
Open Billing after signing in. The billing portal manages the payment method, invoices, and cancellation.
Are Stripe processing and taxes included?
No. Stripe processing and required tax are separate from the Suite subscription and Abrazo ticket platform fee.
What if I sell through Eventbrite or Ticket Tailor?
Keep the provider checkout on the festival record. Abrazo does not add its native ticket platform fee to that external sale. The provider keeps its own contract, fees, processing, and setup requirements.
Can I buy Scale online?
Scale starts with a conversation. Your quote lists the price, launch date, limits, ticket rates, support, and any custom work. After you approve and sign it, Abrazo sends the invoice and schedules activation.
